Return Policy
If you have received an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@dentalairpolishing.com.au. Include photos of the defect in your email. Upon reviewing your case, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Due to hygiene reasons, Dental Air Polishing Australia does not accept returns if the item has been opened. If you have received your delivery and are unsure about the item, please do not open the package. Contact our team at contact@dentalairpolishing.com.au, and we can arrange a return as long as the item remains unopened. Please note that the shipping cost for returning the item to Dental Air Polishing Australia will be at the customer's expense.
Once we receive and approve your return, please allow 10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your statement. If you do not receive your approved refund after 10 business days from the date we notify you of the return item receipt, please contact us via our phone line or email at contact@dentalairpolishing.com.au.
Warranty Policy for PT-B and AP-A Units
Period of Validity:
Coverage: One year of free repair for the whole unit, excluding easily consumed parts, from the date of purchase.
Lifetime Maintenance: Available for the lifetime of the product.
Range of Warranty:
The warranty covers any troubles caused by quality problems or defects in the product's technique and structure within the warranty period.
Exclusions from Warranty:
Damage caused by disobeying the operation instructions or lack of necessary conditions.
Damage resulting from unsuitable operation or unauthorized disassembly.
Normal wear and tear as a result of intended use
Damage due to inadvisable transportation or improper preservation.
The warranty is void if the distributor's seal is missing or if the warranty card is incomplete.
